Services Provided:

We provide care in the community round the clock.

• Assistance with getting up or going to bed

• Washing, bathing, and showering

• Preparation of light meals and assistance with eating and drinking.

• Keeping food and fluid chart when required

• Assistance with toilet needs.

• Prompting clients to take medications.

• Food shopping.

• Support in draining catheter

• Provide escorts for shopping and appointments.

• Monitoring mental state and liaising with other professionals to support client.
• Supported living and personal care

• Provide care and support in a supported living environment to adults with mental health issues and learning difficulties.
• Promote independence

• Extra care

Tasks NOT Offered:

• Flushing intravenous tubes or giving intravenous drugs or adjusting syringes.

• Driving clients to appointments

• Assisted feeding by use of tubes or pumps

• Dressings

• Injections and pessaries

• Mouth suction

• Deep cleaning

• Any invasive procedures.

We will however signpost clients where necessary.
